Permitted Numbers

The Maximum number of persons permitted to use the licensed premises at any one time shall not exceed the following limits:-

Large Hall

(a)              When used for dancing 300

(b)              When used for functions utilising seating at tables 142

(c)              When used for purposes combining (a) and (b) above 185

(d)              When used for closely seated audience (moveable seating) 300

Small Hall

(a)              When used for dancing 90

(b)              When used for functions utilising seating at tables 32

(c)              When used for purposes combining (a) and (b) above 45

(d)              When used for closely seated audience (moveable seating) 90

Overall

(a)              When used for dancing 300

(b)              When used for functions utilising seating at tables 184

(c)              When used for purposes combining (a) and (b) above 243

(d)              When used for closely seated audience (moveable seating) 300

HIRE CHARGES

Large Hall-Mon 8.00 to Fri 18.00

Standard Rate £14.00 per hour

Village User Groups £12.00 per hour

Small Hall-Mon 8.00 to Fri 18.00

Standard Rate £12.00 per hour

Village User Groups £10.00 per hour

Large Hall- Fri 18.00 to 23.59 Sun

Standard Rate £18.00 per hour

Village Users £16.50 per hour

Small Hall- Fri- 18.00 to 23.59 Sun

Standard Rate £ 14.00 per hour

Village Users £11.50 per hour

Use of Meeting Room:  £8.00 per hour

Bar Hire: £50.00

Use of Kitchen: £10 per hire for providing coffee and biscuits.

£20 -£50.00 per hire for catering use – to be negotiated

Weddings 2020.

Use of both Halls Fri Night 7.00pm – Sun Morning 10.30 am

£700.00 : Village User £600.00

Bar Hire: £100.00
