BOOK THE HALL

We now offer a new online booking system ‘Hallmaster’ which replaces our old system of completing a booking form and emailing the Booking Secretary. The online booking system is easy to use and allows everyone to instantly check availability of both of our halls. All you need to do is find your required date on the calendar, click on the blue cross, complete the required fields with your name and contact details. You will then be prompted to select your hire requirements, eg. Main hall, small hall, bar, kitchen etc. Your request will then be sent to the Wells Cole Community Booking Secretary who will email you to confirm your booking.
